Replacement and return of damaged products

We guarantee that all products are new, unused, and undamaged.
However, if there is any damage to the product, please inform us within 3 days of receiving the product.
The store team will replace or return the product for free and without any added cost to the customer, noting that the return will be free only within the first three days of receiving the order.
In order for us to provide the best service to our customers, all your purchases from the Sholat Al Samar store are subject to exchange and return if they arrive damaged, noting that the return policy may change from time to time.

Terms and policies for exchange and return:

The exchange and return policy includes all the products of the “Smart Torch” store.
The return is free of charge within three days – 72 hours – of receiving the order, and the Sholat Al-Smar store will bear the full shipping costs if there are any defects in the shipment sent from the inventory management.
In the event that a wrong product arrives to you, or a shipment arrives in an improper condition, the Torch Al-Smar Store will bear all shipping, replacement or return costs.
The customer is not entitled to request a replacement or return of the product after it has been used, destroyed, or when it is not in the same condition as it was upon receipt.
The customer has the right to replace the damaged item with the same item, request a refund, or obtain a coupon of the same value.
The customer is not entitled to request a replacement or return of the item after 3 days have passed from the date of receiving the shipment in all cases.

Cases in which exchange and refund cannot be requested:

When submitting a return request after the specified time, which is 3 days from the date of receipt.
When the product is used, damaged or damaged, or when it is not in the same condition as when received.
When the box, the special bag, or the original packaging of the product is damaged.

Return shipments:

The returned shipment is the shipment that the customer did not receive from the shipping company, and the shipping company returned it to Torch Al Samar.
